TRAINING AND NUTRITION WEEKLY (MOST POPULAR)
To get in the best shape of your life and achieve things you thought weren't possible - training and nutrition is so important.
This package covers both of these vital areas with weekly phone calls (up 30 mins) and that comprehensive support and accountability that is vital for achieving the best results.
I have fine tuned this package over the last two years to ensure it offers everything that people need to progress with their training, nail their nutrition and therefore take their body composition to the next level.
This has always been my most popular package because of all the above.

TRAINING AND NUTRITION (BI-WEEKLY)
This package is very similar to the weekly package in that it includes training and nutrition support but without the face to face session and phone calls are bi-weekly instead of weekly.
This is still a very comprehensive service and works well for those who feel they may not need the weekly support and maybe have a different budget to work with.
This package also works really well for those who have started out on the full weekly package and then later on feel they don't need the phone call support every week.
