WELL, MY FITNESS JOURNEY PROBABLY BEGAN WHEN I FIRST STARTED LIFTING WEIGHTS 

As a skinny 16 year old, who had minimal confidence particularly around females and wanted to get a bit better at sport. 
 
The more I trained the more I started to fall in love with training and also became more interested in nutrition. I went on to try every diet under the sun, made every mistake you can and through trial and error and educating myself over time I realised what was truly important.

AFTER UNIVERSITY I WENT TRAVELLING 

Yes I was that stereotypical 'gap year' bloke off to go find myself, lol. Well it was more about the fact I wanted to delay the reality of getting a job and that I had no idea what I wanted to do. After coming back looking like I'd barely even lifted weights and forgotten what vegetables look like, I got back in the gym. 
 
I also started training a friend who went through some amazing physical changes, making me realise that I was actually quite good at this and enjoyed it. 
 
From there I qualified as a trainer and worked at David Lloyd for 16 months becoming the club's top trainer. I went on to set up my own personal training business, working as an online coach for Body Type Nutrition along side the PT work. Soon after I became part of a group of coaches who formed Team Box and begun my transition into full time online coaching.  
 
After two years of working with the team it was time to step out on my own and harness all my previous experience and knowledge as a trainer and online nutritionist, to offer the most comprehensive coaching service possible.
